The company "Mbadala" has successfully completed the sale of its indirect stake in "Kalisent", specializing in the ownership and management of smart meters and infrastructure for energy transformation in Great Britain. This transaction marks the completion of a four-year investment cycle, during which "Mbadala" collaborated with "Kalisent" in partnership with the fund managed by "Global Infrastructure Partners" (a subsidiary of "Black Rock") and allied with "Goldman Sachs Infrastructure" to achieve financial and commercial success of "Kalisent".
Additionally, "Mbadala" supported the potential for expanding and investing in new growth opportunities in areas such as electric vehicle charging, electric heating, and solar energy solutions.
